How It Works


1. Book a Free Consultation

I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone or video consultation call. This is time to share your therapy goals, ask questions, and ensure we will be a good fit.

2. Schedule An Intake

A 75-minute intake session is the first step in beginning your therapeutic journey. This extended session allows us to get to know each other, explore your unique needs, and establish a foundation for our work together.

3. Begin Regular sessions

After our intake session, we will schedule your follow-up sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis based on your needs.

Fees & Insurance

Initial Intake Session | $240 | 75 minutes

The 75-minute diagnostic intake session is a comprehensive and collaborative opportunity to begin your therapeutic journey. This extended session allows for a thorough assessment and sets the foundation for a personalized treatment plan tailored to support your growth, healing, and well-being.

Individual Sessions | $195 | 60 minutes

Each therapy session is a safe, supportive space tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, working collaboratively to foster healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. These sessions can incorporate traditional talk therapy counseling techniques, art therapy, or EMDR.

TRAUMA INTESIVE SEssion | $275 | 90 minutes

This trauma-intensive session combines EMDR, Art Therapy, and somatic approaches to provide an immersive and focused healing experience. With extended time dedicated to processing trauma at a deeper level, this session creates an opportunity for meaningful breakthroughs and accelerated healing in a supportive and transformative environment.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

However, I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt of our sessions—that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Before starting services, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to clarify your plan’s out-of-network benefits. Understanding your coverage upfront can help you make informed decisions about your care. I’m happy to help guide you if you need assistance with this process!

I have partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, but they guarantee claims are successfully submitted or a full refund of their fees. You can check your eligibility for OON reimbursement with Mentaya directly.

Forms of Payment

I accept payments securely through Stripe, which supports major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Additionally, I accept payments via FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, making using your health benefits toward mental health care easier.

  • I offer sessions both in-person and online. We can discuss what type of scheduling will be best for you.

    I do not offer virtual sessions for children under 13. I also do not provide EMDR virtually.

  • Since scheduling an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically and only for you, I require a minimum of 24 hours' advanced notice for the cancellation of an appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, you will be financially responsible for the full session fee.
